WHY GIVE?

God is the giver of all good gifts and calls us to take good care of those gifts, including the use of the money He has entrusted to us. Stewardship is about cultivating a spirit of generosity that honors God, makes us more like Jesus, and transforms our city. The spiritual discipline of giving our tithes and offerings is a regular practice that helps us keep our hearts aligned with God’s heart by abiding in Jesus’ teaching, which produces abundant joy (John 15:11). For it is truly more blessed to give than receive.
